FOUNDING PRINCIPAL
Kathryn Wells is a strategist and connector who helps organizations grow by putting relationships at the center. With over 15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic planning, and mission-driven growth, she has guided businesses and nonprofits to strengthen client and donor engagement, design meaningful experiences, and align philanthropy with purpose.​Her expertise spans corporate social responsibility, hospitality, and philanthropy strategy — ensuring that people, partnerships, and purpose come together for lasting impact.
Kathryn currently serves as Vice President (President-Elect) of the Women’s Business Council, is a board member with the LGBT Chamber, and contributes as a writer for LB908. A dedicated community advocate, she combines vision and execution to help leaders build trust, deepen loyalty, and expand their influence with intention and authenticity.
